Licence

Buying SkyXone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of PCs stated in your plan: Personal 2, Lifetime 3, Family 5, Business 25. You may move a licence between your own computers by releasing it on one PC and activating it on another.

What you may not do

Share, resell, or publish your licence key.
Attempt to bypass licensing or reverse-engineer the software.
Use SkyXone to access a device you do not own or do not have permission to access.

Your data and your responsibility

SkyXone copies data to your own computer. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for verifying that a backup completed before relying on it. The optional feature that clears photos from the iPhone only removes an item after its copy on your PC has been verified, but you should still confirm the copy yourself before clearing anything you cannot replace.

Updates and availability

Personal and Business licences include updates for the period stated at purchase. Lifetime and Family licences include the version you bought and subsequent updates to that major version.

Warranty

SkyXone is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or other damages arising from use of the software. [Insert governing law and jurisdiction.]
