The short version

The SkyXone application does not send your photos, videos, messages, or any other content anywhere. Backups are copied straight from your iPhone over the USB cable to a folder on your own computer. There is no cloud service and no account.

What the app sends

When you activate a licence: your name, email address and licence key are sent to our licence server to check the key and register the activation, plus an anonymous identifier for the PC so we can enforce the device limit on your plan.
Nothing else. The app does not phone home with usage data, file names, or contents.

What we store

Your name and email, the edition purchased, the date, and which PCs the licence is active on.
Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

This site uses no advertising trackers. [If you install privacy-friendly analytics, name the provider here and state that it does not use cookies or collect personal data.]

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your purchase record at any time by emailing support@skyxone.com. Note that deleting the record also deactivates the licence.
