Try before you buy

SkyXone has a free trial with no time limit and no account. We strongly recommend running the trial on your own PC and iPhone before purchasing, so you can confirm it works with your setup.

Refund window

How to request a refund

Email support@skyxone.com from the address you used at checkout, and include the name on the order. You do not need to explain why, but telling us what went wrong helps us fix it.

After a refund

Refunded licence keys are deactivated and will stop working on your PCs. Files already backed up to your computer are yours and are never touched.
